Welcome to The Quiet Room Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, classes, content, and services, whether online or in person. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Use of Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or booking and to update it as necessary.

2. Services Provided
We offer wellness-based services including but not limited to:

• Medical Qigong and Energy Healing

• Aerial Physiotherapy and Movement Classes

• Grounding, Breathwork, and Meditation Sessions

• Digital content (live or on-demand)

• In-person sessions in California, Florida, and elsewhere

All services are for personal wellness, fitness, and education purposes onlyand must consult your doctor before joining new activities.

3. Payments
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments via secure third-party providers such as Stripe, Zoom and Google Pay.
You agree:

• You are authorized to use the payment method

• You will pay applicable taxes, fees, and charges
   

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Appointments may be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice

• No refunds will be issued — only make-up classes are offered

• Memberships may be canceled at any time, but no refunds are given for partial months

• Missed appointments without notice are forfeited

This policy is in place to respect your time, our time, and space limitations.

5. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

You understand and agree that:
We are not doctors and do not prescrive medicines 
You must disclose any medicines and supplements youre taking if requested before your training. Training of any type at TQR is for wellbeing purposes and you must follow instructions. 
Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease but to prevent or mantain

• Participation is at your own risk

• You should consult a medical professional before beginning any wellness or fitness program

• You assume all responsibility for your physical and mental condition and use of our services

We or the place we rent for events or people who work or volunteer with us are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, class names, text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of The Quiet Room Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, distribute, or modify content without written permission

• Use our trademarks or materials in ways that violate these Terms
   

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others using our services

• Impersonate others or submit false information

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with our systems

• Use the services for commercial or illegal purposes

We reserve the right to deny access to anyone for misconduct.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also cancel your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Quiet Room Inc. and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, State of Florida, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. International Use
We make no representation that our services are appropriate or available in all locations.
Users outside the United States access our services at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes signifies acceptance.
