Cancellations

• Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are non-refundable

Refunds

• No refunds are given for missed sessions

• Make-up sessions are offered based on availability

• Memberships may be canceled at any time, but monthly fees are non-refundable
