Welcome to GROUNDING LIFE (“Grounding Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of qigongvideos.com, including all related websites, digital content, online programs, classes, events, and in-person services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Grounding Life provides educational and wellness-based services, which may include:

• Medical Qigong-inspired self-care therapeutic practices with ROPU a rope designed to decompress and align the body

• Movement, grounding, breathwork,  self awareness and relaxation programs

• Promotes natural interaction with the environment and root cause disease awareness/prevention

• Promotes safe barefooting/Grounding liknked to inmunology and physiology

• Aerial physiotherapy-inspired movement education

• Digital content (live and on-demand)

• In-person and online  classes, workshops, and events for teachers and students

Grounding Life does not provide any type of medications or psychological treatment.

Our Services:

Do offer recomendations and is up to you to follow or not.

• We do not diagnose, treat disease

• Do consult your family health care provider and do not stop other treatments without consulting first. 

You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider before participating in any therapeutic recomendations.

4. Nonprofit Status, Accessibility & Use of Funds

Grounding Life is a nonprofit organization registered in the State of California.

Accessibility

We are committed to accessibility and may offer free or reduced-cost services to individuals who demonstrate financial hardship, subject to availability and organizational discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and does not create an entitlement.

Use of Funds

All funds received are used exclusively to:

​

• Support accessible wellness and educational programs

• Assist individuals and communities in need

• Fund research, education, and program development

• Cover operational and administrative costs

No profits or assets are distributed to private individuals, officers, or directors, except as reasonable compensation permitted under California nonprofit law.

5. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

• Physical activity and self-guided practices carry inherent risks

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk

• You are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional condition

• You will stop immediately if pain, dizziness, or distress occurs

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Grounding Life, its instructors, volunteers, assistants, and venues from liability for injury, loss, or damage related to participation.

6. Payments & Billing

• All payments are due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Payments are processed by secure third-party providers

• You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided

• You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice

• No refunds are provided

• Make-up sessions may be offered at our discretion

• Missed appointments without notice are forfeited

• Memberships may be canceled at any time, without refunds for partial periods

​

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, text, programs, scripts, branding, and materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Grounding Life and protected by U.S. and international laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell content

• Record or share paid or restricted materials

• Use content for teaching or commercial purposes without written permission

• ROPU and all the designs and inventions of Fabiola Fasano are Protected form reproduction or maluse

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others

• Provide false information

• Attempt to hack or interfere with systems

• Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• Sue Grounding Life or any of their owners, employees, volunteers, or other linked businesses and their owners. 

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access for misconduct.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grounding Life shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by:

• The laws of the State of California

• Applicable United States federal law

International users, including users in Mexico, agree to this governing law, subject to mandatory local consumer protections.

13. International Use

Users outside the United States access the Services voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with local laws

14. Modifications to Terms
