Because all ropes are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Our custom Qigong Ropu ropes are handcrafted specifically for your body and movement needs.

To create your ideal fit, we require one key measurement:
📏 From the midpoint of your shoulder to the center of your palm (where the thumb begins).

This ensures your rope allows proper shoulder decompression and smooth, injury-free rotation.

Please note:

• ✅ Once a custom size is ordered, it cannot be changed or modified.

• 🔁 No returns or adjustments are available for custom orders due to the personalized nature of the work.
