Cancellation, Rescheduling & Membership Policy Effective Date: May-2025 At The Quiet Room Inc., we are committed to offering flexibility and structure that supports your well-being and accountability. Please review the following policies regarding class cancellations, rescheduling, and membership terms. 1. Class Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All class cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend a booked session will be considered a missed class and will not be eligible for a refund or makeup. If you cancel in time, you may reschedule your session within the same calendar month based on class availability. In the rare event that The Quiet Room Inc. needs to cancel a class, you will be offered a makeup session or a virtual credit valid for 30 days. 2. Membership Options & Terms We offer three flexible monthly membership plans: A. Outdoor + Virtual Unlimited Membership – $200/month Includes unlimited access to all outdoor in-person sessions and all live virtual classes. Does not include indoor group sessions. Ideal for those who prefer open-air or home-based practice. B. Full Access Unlimited Membership – $250/month Includes unlimited access to all virtual sessions, outdoor classes, and indoor in-person group classes. Perfect for individuals seeking maximum flexibility and in-depth practice variety. C. Family Membership (Up to 4 People) – $300/month Grants access for up to 4 family members. Each member can attend up to 6 sessions per week, with unlimited access to virtual, outdoor, and indoor group classes. Family members must reside at the same address. Class bookings must be made under each family member’s account to ensure capacity management. 3. Membership Policies Memberships are month-to-month and may be canceled at any time by submitting a written request 3 days prior to your renewal date. No refunds will be issued for partial months, missed sessions, or unused memberships. Changes to membership plans (e.g., upgrades or downgrades) must be requested before the next billing cycle begins. Memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable, except for the designated Family Membership.
